Cake Baking Courses are Customized to the Student,
so take only the style you want to learn or take them all:
Wedding Cakes, Design & Decoration: Working with rolled fondant, rolled white chocolate, buttercream, marzipan. Learning doweling, figuring quantities, working with the bride and cake tastings. (5 days up to 20 days)
Learn the art of cake decorating from a master. Marda's creations are widely recognized for their artistry and beauty. Learn how to use fabulous sculpting techniques to create realistic flowers and other decorations. Suggested courses are listed below. Any course can be customized to fit your needs.
Marzipan and Gumpaste Flowers and Creations: Minimum of 2 days, but prefer 4 or 5. There is so much to learn, techniques to master and flowers and things to make. This course will un-lock and open the door in your creative brain.
Isomalt, Sugarwork for cakes and showpieces: Minimum of 2 days, can go up to 5.
