International School of Baking
For the past 25 years, students from all over the world have come to Bend, Oregon to be trained by Marda Stoliar at the International School of Baking. Training at the ISB is individualized to the needs and wishes of each and every student and the days are jam-packed with training in baking technique and the actual production of the various products the student is being trained in. Instruction is one-on-one with no more than two students at a time.
