Course Fees & How to Calculate Them
- Classes are $600.00 per day / per student (see below for examples).
- All courses are 100% Hands-On and customized to the individual student.
- Length of each course is determined after full consultation with student.
- Maximum 2 students per Class.
- 8 hours per day (9:AM until 5:00 to 5:30).
- The Baking School’s courses range from 2 to 20 days, even 30 depending on the students direction.
- Because the courses are completely individualized, there are no “pre-scheduled” courses.
- Courses will be scheduled based on the needs of the student and the available dates of the school.
- Certificates of completion are awarded for each course.
- Follow-up and Continuing Educational support are available on a consulting basis by Marda Stoliar & Associates.
- Early registration and 50% payment is necessary to secure your desired dates.
Artisan Breads (3 day course) $600.00/day X 3 days = $1800.00
Artisan Breads (7 day Course) $600.00/day X 7 days = $4200.00
Traditional European Pastries (5 days) $600.00/day X 5 days = $3000.00
Traditional European Pastries (20 days) $600/day X 20 days = $12,000.00
Bakery Startup (20 Days) $600.00/day X 20 days = $12,000.00
Wedding Cakes (10 days) $600.00/day X 10 days = $6,000.00
